It was with some apprehension that I responded to your "mailer" offering an air conditioner tune-up. Shoddy service, hidden costs or unwanted repairs were among my fears.
What a nice surprise------everything was as advertised and best of all, was your service technician, Mike. He was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and did a number of things that I had never experienced with other companies performing this service.
You can bet I will have Preferred Air Inc. for all my future needs.
