I want to take time to express my appreciation for the outstanding manner in which your crews have completed all phases of construction in regards to our HVAC systems and the professional manner in which your office staff addresses each phone call from our office or that of new home owners request for new products or just a call to your office to get service. It is always handled in an outstanding manner we would also like to say thank you for the condition in which your crew leaves our home each and every day, I find myself or my staff constantly making phone calls to most of our subcontractors to please clean up after they are done each day. As you are aware that these homes are a show place from the day we start construction until the day they are moved into and our policy is to keep it clean, I want to say thank you to your company., since we have employed Preferred Air, we have never found one of your crews to leave a job site dirty Most of the time we find the site to be cleaner and in better condition than when they arrived.
