Refrigerant Locking Caps- Protect your kids

Refrigerant locking caps help keep your kids safe. And help keep you from getting sued.

Kids will experiment and take unecessary risk on a dare. Unfortunately, when that invoves inhaling refrigerants, the consequences can be fatal.

Each year, hundreds, sometimes thousands, die from overdosing on inhalants.

The high or rush that occurs from "huffing" happens when oxygen is isplaced in the body, resulting in brain injury, burns, and tragically loss of life.

Float Switches a.k.a. "Ceiling Savers"

Float Switches a.k.a "Ceiling Savers"

Protect yourself from gallons of water dropping through your ceiling or on your carpet. carpet. Your air conditioning system usually generates gallons of water in a single day by removing it from the humidity in the air. If your air conditioning system is located above your ceiling, then you are at risk.

Emergency Drain Pan

Drain Pans have become a standard and a requirement for new building codes to protect homeowners from unwanted condensate damage. When the drain line backs up or the unit freezes up, the emergency pan usually catches the excess water. The pan then routes the water away with a secondary drainline that is connected to the pan or there may be an emergency shut off device called a float switch. We are surprised to see many installations where there is no drain pan installed. This is just asking for trouble.
